Need a hand with Bro? Email support@quarq.io and a human will reply, usually within one business day. Tell us your account email and what you were doing when it went wrong. That is almost always enough for us to reproduce it.

In the app you can also open Profile → Help to send feedback, or long–press any of Bro’s replies and choose Report if an answer was wrong or inappropriate. Reports go straight to us with the conversation attached.

Signing in

Bro signs you in with Apple, Google, or your email address. If you choose email, we send a 6–digit code to that inbox. There is no password to remember or lose. If the code does not arrive, check your spam folder and confirm the address is spelled correctly, then request a new one. Codes expire after a few minutes.

Location and recommendations

Bro asks for your location so it can recommend places near you and show which shops deliver to your address. You can decline and still use the app. Set a delivery address manually instead, from the address chip at the top of the screen. Bro only uses your location while the app is open; it never tracks you in the background.

Prices in Bro Shop

Bro Shop compares prices across Blinkit, Zepto and Flipkart Minutes for everyday items, and across Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces for everything else. Bro does not sell anything and never takes payment. Tapping Buy hands you off to the retailer’s own app or website, where you pay them directly.

Prices come from each retailer’s catalogue and can change without notice. Always confirm the final price at the retailer before you pay. If an item shows no price, that retailer has not published one for your area.

Notifications

Bro can send you notifications about things you asked about. Turn them on or off at any time under Profile → Notifications, or in your device’s system settings for Bro.

Your account and your data

You can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app, under Profile → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and removes your conversations, saved addresses and profile. Full instructions are on our Account Deletion page.

A note on AI answers

Bro’s replies are generated by AI and can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. They are suggestions, not professional advice. Use your own judgment, especially for anything involving health, safety, money, or travel.

Where Bro works

Bro is built for Bengaluru. You can use it anywhere, but recommendations, delivery estimates and shop availability are tuned to the city and will be far less useful elsewhere.
