Delete your account & data

You can delete your Bro account and associated data at any time. Bro is operated by Quarq. This page explains how, and exactly what gets removed.
Option 1 — Delete in the app
- Open Bro and go to your Profile (tap your avatar).
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.
Option 2 — Request by email
Email support@quarq.io from the address associated with your account, with the subject “Delete my account.” We’ll verify your request and delete your data.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in identity (name, email);
- Your conversation history and messages;
- Any photos, files, and voice notes you sent;
- Your saved preferences (such as interests/hobbies) and the assistant’s memory of you;
- Authorizations for any third-party services you connected (these are revoked).
Timing
Deletion requests are processed promptly. Your data is removed from active systems immediately or within a few days, and from backups within 30 days.
We may retain a minimal record of the deletion request, and any information we are required to keep for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes. We do not use retained records for any other purpose.
